VCAT Application withdrawn

The Frankston North Community Group made an application to VCAT because of our concern that sections of the Pines Flora and Fauna Reserve would be bulldozed before the native animals and vegetation could be removed. We were unsuccessful in this because works associated with Peninsula Link began before the application was heard. On advice that our application was too late to have an effect, it was withdrawn on the 4th of October 2010.
